Return/Exchange
- The return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving.
- The item must be in unused condition and have original packaging with tags attached.
- The item you have received is different from your order or is a defective product.
(any return or exchange caused by will be paid by the company.)
- You just simply change your mind
Return : Customers need to make a payment to send the parcel. Exchange : Customers should pay the shipping cost of both sending and receiving to Exchange an item.

- You can initiate Return or Exchange request on my page. Also, you may send an email to artifacts000@gmail.com
- Our customer service team will contact you and assist with your request by email.
- Fill in the Return & Exchange Application Form and Pack the items With their original packaging in original condition with tags attached.

- After we receive your product, we will proceed with our inspection process.
- If the item is eligible for return or Exchange, we will proceed with further process according to the type of your request.
